Relating - actively gathers sufficient data, validates understanding, sees personal implications
Strategising - generates multiple solutions, uses values to choose solution, operationalizes the goal and creates an action plan
Implementing - prepares to take action steps, check results, make adjustments

Coaching should always result in a specific action plan. The results of actions taken will become the opening of the next session. Review and improve.
